Greetings! Before I even start writing about Bill as a realtor, I have to write about Bill as a person. We were lucky that we met with an amazing person, who is very patient, has an ample amount of knowledge in the field and a great listener. We were looking for a house for a long time, but were not able to decide whether we should go with the one which we just visited or should we wait a little more. Bill helped facilitate the sale of our home to an investor. We would not have considered this type of sale except for Bill's suggestion of "let's get an offer from them." He knew we did not have any enthusiasm or time for "spiffing up" our home for the market. The last few years we haven't even lived much of the year in it. We told him, if it was a reasonable offer, we would accept it. He provided us with comps which we went through and lo' and behold it was a reasonable offer! The whole time, we felt Bill was "our" agent and working for what was best and most peaceful for us. That mattered a great deal to us. He was very supportive in minor things, like finding someone to take our piano and providing a temporary home for a statue we had. He is the type of person, that you immediately feel you can trust. As well as a seller's agent, he would be great as a buyer's agent. Glad to have sold our home so easily and peacefully!

Bill is very helpful and answered a lot of questions and concerns from us in time. This is our first home purchase. Bill was in company with us during the inspection and also helped us find another expert to answer some specific questions about the condo. Our closed date was at the beginning of the pandemic and he helped us to close remotely.
