Nancy Arnold

Nancy worked with me and Miraya for over 2 years going to many, many houses until we found the right place. I really expected that after so many showings and listings that she'd want to fire me as a customer, but Nancy was a trooper and kept working on finding the right place. We did a LOT of viewings (probably more than 50+ showings) over the 2+ years and Nancy kept finding places until we got the right one. Nancy was a great help to me in getting through all the requirements for the new house as the only other house I had bought direct from the builder without an agent and didn't have all the experience with inspections/HOA, etc. Nancy got to know us and our preferences and was great at identifying places that would work for us instead of us having to go through pages of listings. For houses that she had already seen, she was able to guide us on selecting if we really wanted to do a viewing as she knew what we were looking for and what wouldn't work for us. The people that do the photos for houses are great at hiding things and Nancy was great at pointing out the issues that we were looking to avoid when she saw them. (My favorite is still a toss up between the farm house with multiple layers of carpet in the bathroom or the house with the dripping toilet plumbing in the basement). I can honestly say that having worked with a few agents before and with others in selling my other home, you should work with Nancy. She was a great example of what you want in an agent when you're buying a home. I feel that Nancy was consistently looking out for my best interest as my agent. I've recommended her to anyone that I know that is house shopping and one of my friends just recently bought their new home with Nancy's assistance.

Nancy was wonderful to work with. She set up appointments for all the homes we wanted to see on a convenient schedule. She was very patient with us as we looked for the perfect home. She was very supportive throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions, she was easy to reach and explained everything very clearly. We felt very close to Nancy and felt she truly had our best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend Nancy to anyone looking to buy a home.

I can honestly say that Nancy was the best buyer's agent we've ever worked with. She was in continuous communication with us throughout the entire process. She ensured that we were up to date on the latest listings; She strategized with us on what to include in our offer; She was on top of all inspections and reached out to contractors for quotes on repairs; and she ensured we knew what was going on with disclosures etc. as we moved toward closing. It seemed like she was available 24/7 and always answered our questions or relayed information to us almost immediately. It is because of Nancy that this was the easiest real estate transaction we've had.

Nancy helped us purchase our home in Dexter, Michigan here at the end of 2018. We met with her in person a few times but mostly worked remotely since we were coming from California. Her communication is fantastic and we never had to wonder what was going on or have any questions left unanswered. When we met up in person, she scheduled us on full days to visit as many properties as we wanted to see and she also gave us a tour of the area and pointed out great places to eat, interesting sites, beautiful parks, explained how traffic and parking are, etc. We even made a stop for delicious apple cider doughnuts! Nancy is incredibly knowledgeable about different aspects of a home such as basement issues, wells, and pumps. She helped explain many things we never have dealt with before (such as a well). On top of it all, she was prepared with a great packet of each home we visited and even brought along snacks and water. She is very easy to talk to, friendly, funny, and all around awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to Nancy's tireless communication and efforts, we closed quickly on a beautiful home and are very happy. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!

Nancy took care of us beautifully. Was patient with us when seeing houses over the course of months. She found us some awesome and interesting options, encouraged us to make the right choice for us and not pressure us into anything. We were referred to Nancy by friends of ours, and we have since referred her to other friends, who have now purchased their home in the Ann Arbor area. I trusted her with this process and will absolutely do so again in the future if we sell our current home or are looking for another.
